Set up/Test/Troubleshoot

Set up
- Open the app
- Set up alarm in Alarm setting screen
- Select your own music file (.aac .amr .smf .m4a .mp3 .wav .wma)
- Set volume and vibration mode then press the “Try” button to check if you can hear the alarm
- Make sure puzzles you want are checked
- Set current status to ON
Test
- Set alarm time to several minutes in the future
- Exit puZZed
- Wait for alarm to go off
Troubleshoot
- If, for any reason, you cannot solve the puzzle displayed, you can turn it off manually by inserting the code displayed on the screen.
- If you’re having any other problem, please email support@qbotron.com

Hi Stanley, the app is going through an update so it is currently pulled down from the App World. puZZed will be available to download sometime next week, stay tuned!
when the app was available free i had it, but while upgrading my phone, i deleted it and i’m not able to reinstall it…By the time i had sent my phone for upgradae, The app became charged
So is it the problem?
I want to purchase it, but I’m not able to as when i login i see a reinstall tab instead of price

I just downloaded this app and it doesn’t work. The alarm won’t go off and I also cannot change the alarm tone.
